General Terms of Sale

Prices:

Our offers and price lists are established at update of Webshop. DRAKKAR BRASIL reserves the right to modify offers and prices. Transportation fees are at the charge of the customer. Prices are non negociable.

Delivery time:

At reception of payment, we need an extra 24h-48h delay to process your order. Packages should get to you within 1 week for Brazil, 2 weeks for South America, 3 weeks for the rest of the World. If not, please check your local postoffice as sometimes your postman "forgets" to leave you a notice that your package is on hold!

Shipping:

All orders are shipped Priority Registered (air mail + tracking number) to World, so we know it gets to you! Shipping is non negociable. We provide very resistant packaging to ensure your items get to you in the best of conditions.

Claims:

All complaints must be addressed to info @ drakkarbrasil.com.br within five days following reception of merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages that were not insured. If you wish to add extra insurance please ask for it.

If you have not received your package within a 4-5 week periode, please let us know so that we can file in a complaint and track down your package. We will not accept any claims beyond a 2 month / 8 week period.

Guarantee:

All items are new unless indicated otherwise. All items seen on webshop are in stock and therefore available for purchase. However, our stock is directly linked to the webshop so we cannot guarantee availability of items should you choose to delay sending payment. Reservations are not available.

Payment:

PAYPAL: we accept PayPal payment method for foreign orders. You must choose the option “bankwire” for the Payment Method in the shopping cart checkout.

Postage rates:

Note: Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout. They depend on total weight of order (which also includes packing) and are based on official Brazilian shipping rates. They are non negociable.
